Whilst completing a Bachelor of Business, Tony started working as a factory hand and has since clocked up 26 years in the industry. After joining Arco in 2017, he has helped add and develop the aluminium range to complement the counterweight door products.

He enjoys the challenges of the job and thrives in coming up with solutions. His knowledge extends from management to design and sales as well as having a vast understanding of technical information.

He is a proud father of 3, a member of the Richmond Football Club and loves his AFL attending most games of the season.
